As a 100% subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, we're developing solutions for all of its brands, including Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche, and will bring our software to over 40 million vehicles by 2030.
Is this an easy task? Not at all! To tackle such a huge challenge, we need a great team. And that's where you come in. You'll join more than 5,000 CARIDIANS already working on the latest vehicle features and functions like automated driving, state-of-the-art charging technology, as well as a new digital ecosystem. Together, we're bringing sustainable change to one of the largest companies in the world.
YOUR TEAM
As a heterogeneous team, we draw our strength from different competencies and backgrounds. We are united by the will and enthusiasm to shape the mobility of the day after tomorrow. Complexity, diversity of topics and obstacles do not discourage us, as we strengthen each other.
With our strong conceptual and communication skills, we bring together topics and experts and shape the product via requirements at a very early stage. We accurately identify contradictions, address blind spots, leverage synergies and accelerate innovations to the approval stage.
We create transparency by evolving the product and portfolio vision across all teams.
Through the requirements management of the product and product components, we develop a common target picture in collaboration with the brands and CARIAD as a cross-brand technology partner.
By publishing our thinking and thus inviting people to think along with us, we proactively guide and moderate the process from the identification of topics to the approval of new functions.
