Your role in this? Use your technical knowledge and your enthusiasm for training and digital knowledge transfer to become an expert (f/m/d) for training in the field of grid software and grid control applications.   • Design and deliver training programs focused on grid operation and security management for colleagues and customers worldwide.
  • Continuously develop and update training content to support the use of grid control software solutions, ensuring stable power grid operations.
  • Lead the certification process for users of grid software in critical infrastructures.
  • Independently develop new training courses, adapting to technical advancements and customer needs.
  • Maintain and regularly update training facilities and systems, including software/hardware required for training.
  • Collaborate with software development teams and assist the proposal team in defining special training content for customers.


What you need to make real what matters.

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with additional training as relevant.
  • Several years of experience in operational management of power supply networks.
  • Knowledge in cyber security for energy suppliers.
  • Proficiency in digital knowledge transfer and experience in creating and implementing digital trainings is a plus, as well as experience as trainer or related roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and good English proficiency, independent work ethic, and a strong sense of responsibility.
