We’re looking for a working student to support our team in coordinating and delivering key initiatives within the Resilience Management department. This includes projects and programs related to information security, business continuity, IT governance, and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you’ll combine organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help ensure objectives are met. You’ll track project activities, prepare clear and actionable reports, assist with stakeholder engagement, and contribute to process improvements and the development of supporting systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented student who enjoys working with both data and people, and wants hands-on experience in large-scale security, governance, and developing and improving systems.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the Program/Project Manager in organizing and coordinating project activities (e.g. risk identification, follow-up, process improvements, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports
- Track deliverables, timelines, and key activities to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Help organize meetings and workshops, including scheduling, agendas, and logistics
- Maintain clear and effective communication between teams and stakeholders
Your profile:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Data Science or a comparable field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in parallel.
- Experience in project coordination or administrative support is a plus, along with an interest in process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Familiarity with Jira or other modern project and task management tools (e.g. Confluence, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Notion).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (German is a plus), with the confidence to engage actively with team members and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders and supporting task tracking and completion in an international or cross-functional environment.
