You'll make an impact by
- You actively support the Service Management & DevOps Center Team, assisting in tasks such as license provisioning, charging activities, and application portfolio analysis
- Building on this, you contribute to the Siemens IT Mendix DevOps Center by developing and executing concepts to ensure process adherence, as well as supporting the Software Development Life Cycle
- Furthermore, you help maintain the consistency and quality of our customer-facing and internal service knowledge base
- In addition, you support service-related marketing by creating engaging newsletter articles and professional PowerPoint presentations
- Throughout all tasks, you bring your own ideas and suggestions with enthusiasm, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: You are currently successfully studying Business Informatics, Informatics, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience and Skills:
- Experienced in using MS Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiar with state-of-the-art AI technologies to enhance personal productivity
- Ideally, you have knowledge of SharePoint, Wiki usage, or LowCode technology (e.g., Mendix)
- Ways of Working: You demonstrate strong communication skills, can work autonomously, and show a structured and analytical approach as a team player
- Languages: You are fluent in English and German
