Working Student within General Procurement (d/f/m)

Fully integrated in the Procurement organization, GP’s mission is to procure goods and services on behalf of the entire Group (Airbus Commercial, Airbus Defense and Space, Airbus Helicopters, Airbus Atlantique, Airbus Aerostructure), and as such to play a major role in generating value and contributing to the overall competitiveness of the company.

Definition working student
Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.
This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.
Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Project based support to General Procurement buyers
- Welcome newcomers by introducing them to the team colleagues and the GP communication sources
- Administrative support to the Munich General Procurement Team
- Conception and planning of local team events
Desired skills and qualifications
- Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Business Administration or an equivalent field of study.
- First practical experience in the field of Procurement or Supply Management is desirable.
- Advanced English is mandatory. German, French or Spanish would be of advantage but not mandatory.
- Organized, flexible & strong adaptability, dynamic & proactive, solution oriented, ability to work in a multicultural environment.
