DRAM System Engineer Manager

In our Munich Development Center for high-speed signaling we are developing, testing and characterizing industry-leading DRAM memories, which are used in high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, graphic cards, game consoles, automotive, autonomous driving.
To support our growing DRAM business in Munich we are looking for a Manager of the System Engineering team, through the following tasks:
- Confirm DRAM functionality in end customer application
- Provide feedback to design team and product engineering team and guide them to understand root cause of malfunction in application
- Technical support of customer: design-in of DRAM in system, customer qualification, support trouble shooting at the customer
As Manager of the team the candidate has to
- Synchronize and coordinate the tasks of the Team members
- Interface with other Teams, on site and off site
- Manage employee performances and developments, provide recognition
- Manage system engineering laboratory
The candidate should hold a university master’s degree in electrical engineering, physics or computer science, and have already solid experience in leading an engineering team.
A solid background is required in:
- digital and analog electronics
- electronic measurements techniques
Desired skills are:
- Knowledge in high frequency signal integrity
