Working Student – Product & Platform Operations (m/f/d)

Your key responsibilities:

• Product Owner Support: You support the Product Owner in day-to-day product and platform activities, helping with structuring requirements, preparing materials, documenting outcomes, and following up on open topics.
• Supporting the Business–Tech Bridge: You assist in translating business needs into technical requirements and help make technical topics understandable for non-technical stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Coordination: You help coordinate and align with teams across the organization by gathering input, supporting communication, and following up to make things happen.
• Platform Rollout & Adoption Support: You assist in the rollout of a cutting-edge AI-based platform, supporting user onboarding activities and helping to build and nurture an internal user community.
• Operational & Product Support: You contribute to structuring processes, maintaining documentation, preparing presentations or updates, and ensuring transparency across product and platform initiatives.

Your profile:

• You are a student with a strong interest in AI products, platforms, and how technology creates business value.
• You are curious about modern tech and AI-driven platforms and enjoy understanding how things work end-to-end.
• You are comfortable navigating between different stakeholders and are not afraid to approach people across the organization to move topics forward.
• You think in a structured way, can break down complex problems, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You have a self-starter mindset, take ownership, and enjoy working independently while staying closely aligned with the team.
• You are happy to work in an international environment, communicating mostly in English.
