To start as soon as possible, part time, fixed term

As a Working Student d/w/m at RWE Offshore Wind GmbH, you will support Procurement Excellence activities serving companies across the entire RWE Group.
You will gain insight into a dynamic and international procurement organization while working closely with our global team. Through meaningful responsibilities and involvement in key initiatives, you will build practical experience and contribute directly to ongoing projects.

About the role

  • Support strategic Procurement initiatives, especially large-scale system and process transformations
  • Contribute to project workstreams (e.g. learning, change, process optimisation)
  • Analyse business challenges and develop data-driven solutions
  • Prepare concepts and decision proposals for senior stakeholders and board members
  • Collaborate across the RWE Group in an international, cross-functional environment
  • Support the Head of Procurement Excellence on key strategic topics
  • Design and facilitate workshops with management and stakeholders
  • Enhance procurement training management and KPI monitoring

Job requirements and experiences

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Finance with a solid academic performance
  • Initial experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations (e. g. as intern or working student)
  • Aptitude for structured, problem-solving and critical thinking as well as creative and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a variety of new topics and an elevated level of customer orientation
  • Structured, self-directed working style with consistent performance and reliable follow-through
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced MS-Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel) and MS PowerBISome knowledge of SAP (Ariba, S4) and IT system landscapes is beneficial
