Knowledge Management part of Project Assurance is a valued function within Offshore Wind, part of RWE Renewables. We work towards the provision of Knowledge transfer, retention and awareness whilst enabling knowledge sharing as an active part of our daily activities. Knowledge is seen as an asset to be acted upon, through visibility and accessibility.
This opportunity will involve you in activities throughout Offshore Wind, being an enabler for the individuals, teams and functions steering change throughout real operational challenges that have been captured and identified from experiences.
In this role you will work closely with the Improvement Lead in Knowledge Management to coordinate actions with the respective teams.

About the role

  • Establish and facilitate improvement sessions to encourage collaboration and engagement across Offshore Procurement, Engineering, Development, Construction, Operations, Finance, HSSE, Legal, and other functions
  • Connect with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture insights and lessons learned
  • Coordinate and facilitate improvement actions across teams
  • Analyse and consolidate lessons learned, identifying synergies and links between recurring themes
  • Contribute to enhancing and streamlining the lesson flow process
  • Support the Improvement Lead with documentation, analysis, reviews, and reporting
  • Assist in the development and optimisation of Knowledge Management processes
  • Support internal events such as workshops, conferences, and knowledge-sharing sessions

Job requirements and experience

  • Currently enrolled in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related programme (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Economics), with at least 3 semesters completed
  • Genuine interest in offshore wind farm construction or other large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Basic understanding of Knowledge Management principles and best practices
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and methodological working style
  • Comfortable working with documentation, processes, and structured information
  • Effective communication skills and confidence collaborating with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; experience with Power BI and Power Automate is beneficial. You also bring a well-developed interest in IT and a practical, digitally oriented mindset
