You'll make an impact by
- You support the Solution Management Team with organizational and administrative tasks in daily business
- You contribute to product-related projects by preparing information, creating documents, and supporting the follow-up of tasks
- You assist in organizing and preparing sprint meetings as well as documenting results
- You maintain tasks, status information, and open points in Jira to ensure project progress is transparent
- You support the creation of presentations, overviews, analyses, and alignment with internal stakeholders in an international environment
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: You are currently successfully studying business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study
- Experience and Skills:
- You have already gained initial practical insights in companies through internships, working student activities or relevant projects
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- You have experience with Jira or comparable tools for task and project management
- Ways of Working: You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner and bring initiative as well as enthusiasm for actively shaping topics
- Languages: Very good English skills, knowledge of German is an advantage
