A Snapshot of your Day
Support the Operations Strategy team by turning internal and external data into a reliable fact base for strategic decisions. Using AI and digital tools, you will collect, structure, validate, and maintain data across operations, supply chain, markets, and competitors.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Collect and structure data for strategy, benchmarking, market intelligence, and operations analyses
  • Maintain reliable databases with clear definitions, sources, version control, and high data quality
  • Use approved AI tools to search, extract, classify, summarize, and cross-check information responsibly
  • Clean and consolidate data, resolve gaps and inconsistencies, and keep the strategic fact base current
  • Prepare initial analyses, dashboards, and management-ready summaries using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Improve workflows through reusable templates, documentation, and simple automation

What You Bring

  • Current Bachelor's or Master's student in business, economics, engineering, data science, business informatics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in strategy, operations, data analytics, and practical AI applications
  • Confident with Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI, databases, Python, Power Query, or Power Automate is a plus
  • Analytical, structured, and quality-focused, with a responsible approach to confidential data
  • Proactive, reliable, collaborative, and fluent in English; German is a plus
  • Available for 15-20 hours per week, ideally for at least six months
