We're uniting over 6,500 global experts to build a scalable technology stack, including a software platform, unified electronic architecture and reliable connection to the automotive cloud. Our CARIDIANS are developing vehicle functions such as driver assistance systems, a next-generation infotainment platform, power electronics and charging technology, and digital services in and around the vehicle.

Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Spearheading the cutting-edge front camera project focused on ADAS functions
• Overseeing a challenging series prodduction project involving diverse partners and stakeholders within the VW Group
• Defining products and aligning product roadmaps within the VW Group and its partners
• Leading an agiile development team compirsing of computer vision experts, test engineers, data scientists, and international collaborators
• Ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination among stakeholders to meet project milestones
• Implementing and fostering an innovative and dynamic work environment to drive project success

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or any related field
• Demonstrates substantial expertise in project and product management within the automotive sensor domain
• Proven experience in hardware development, encompassing areas such as DV/PV, robust design, imagers, and optics
• Proficient in Computer Vision and well-versed in Functional Safety practices
• Committed to excellence and innovation in navigating the intersection of technology and automotive system
• Exhibits strong communication skills, with proficiency in both English and German
