Requirements Management Specialist (m/f/d)

You'll join more than 5,000 CARIDIANS already working on the latest vehicle features and functions like automated driving, state-of-the-art charging technology, as well as a new digital ecosystem. YOUR TEAM

We manage the product and function portfolio and also define the strategic outline over the lifetime for the Solution Train. Furthermore we ensure the process-compliant development of functions within CARIAD. We are the key interface between the strategy department, technical development, finance, purchasing, legal and the Volkswagen Group brands. We lead the function and module approval throughout product committees within CARIAD and the Volkswagen Group. Our goal is to build the one leading, competitive and customer centered digital product portfolio for the next era of mobility.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Key interface between CARIAD and VW Group brands by steering the requirements management
• Overall coordination and central management of the digital CARIAD requirements backlog
• Analytical processing of customer and market oriented requirements as well as cross-brand and cross-location alignment of product development initiatives
• Support of product committee approvals by contributing analytics and presentations to decision papers
• Focus on group synergies: create the best customer experience within your field of work initiating transferable solutions for all platforms in the group

WHO YOU ARE

• Ideally an automotive industry enthusiast and/or you have a software background with relevant experience (e.g. as requirements and/or project manager)
• Successfully completed studies in computer science, engineering, economics or similar with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the automotive or software context
• Ability to drive projects to successful completion and achieve directional results
• Experience with the evaluation of data volumes in order to prepare fact-based decisions
• Experience within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is welcome
• Ability to deal with conflicts, sound resilience; curious, progressive and open minded
• Fluency in English and German; other languages are welcome
