IT Program Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for: IT Program Manager

You'll make an impact by:

• End-to-End Program Leadership: Drive cross functional IT programs and projects from initiation and strategic planning through execution, monitoring, control, and successful closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Program Planning & Definition: Develop comprehensive program or project plans, including defining scope, schedules, and budget in close collaboration with IT management.
• Resource & Team Management: Estimate, acquire, and develop the vital resources and teams for successful delivery of program and projects.
• Risk & Quality Assurance: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks, while ensuring high-quality work you're doing and processes.
• Partner & Communications Management: Effectively handle partner expectations and develop robust communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Financial & Procurement Oversight: Control costs in close collaboration with IT Finance.

YOU'RE EXCITED TO BUILD ON YOUR EXISTING EXPERTISE, INCLUDING:

• A consistent track record of IT program and project leadership, supported by over 5 years of experience driving sophisticated, multi team initiatives in large international organizations.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies-PMP, Agile, or comparable frameworks-and the ability to apply them optimally to real-world challenges.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and decision making skills, enabling you to manage expectations, navigate ambiguity, and influence across all levels.
• Robust technical understanding of modern corporate IT ecosystems, combined with the adaptability to align technology change with strategic business needs.
• Fundamental understanding of corporate IT organizations that works cross-functional and with a global footprint.
• Professional proficiency in English (German as an added advantage) and the resilience to prioritise while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
