IT Infrastructure Expert (Tenant) (m/f/d)

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Expert (tenant) (m/f/d) (unlimited, fulltime)

Role Purpose: 

Operate and enforce tenant-wide policies for Conditional Access, MFA, and related platform configurations. This role ensures policy implementation is executed securely and reliably, provides operational metrics, and maintains internal tools or scripts used for configuration and diagnostics. 

 
What will be the challenge in the role:

• Enforce Conditional Access and MFA policies in production environments 
• Monitor policy implementation success and flag enforcement inconsistencies 
• Run and maintain internal scripts or tooling used to apply and validate tenant configurations 
• Support audits or escalations related to Conditional Access enforcement or policy drift 
• Generate and distribute operational metrics on tenant health and provisioning effectiveness 
• Collaborate with platform architects and IAM teams to ensure smooth policy rollout and tooling alignment 

What you need to succeed in the role:

• Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, MFA policy enforcement, and monitoring 
• Familiarity with PowerShell-based operations and platform-level configuration tools 
• Awareness of platform observability and reporting practices 
• Comfortable with structured execution of operational scripts
• Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (or similar) is a plus
• Responsible and patient, with the ability to undertake routine tasks accurately.
• Open-minded and comfortable working within a multicultural team environment.
• Ability to embrace change and innovation, contributing to a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to travel internationally.
