We are looking for a motivated IT Expert who wants to go the extra mile to support our colleagues on IT issues. In this role you manage the Support System, guaranteeing fast and qualitative support for end users. You ensure that every user can access all systems necessary for digital collaboration. Also, we count on you to keep all Cloud and local Servers and Systems up and running. Do you want to join our global IT Team and help us make the world a bit better?
Your tasks
You deliver 1st and 2nd level support to our staff via e-mail, telephone, ticketing system and remote maintenance in a timely manner.
You are responsible for ensuring the operational stability and quality of all Windows client, server, cloud systems and the services and applications running on them.
You manage email accounts and access rights, administrate our phone system and MS Office applications.
You ensure that the equipment of our office rooms is working and help your colleagues with using them. You serve as focal point to all colleagues all over the world and hold IT onboardings.
You support further development and improvement of the IT processes. You participate in international projects in the field of IT.
Your profile
You have established professional experience in 1st and 2nd level support and knowledge of the Microsoft environment (OS, M365, Active Directory, etc.)
You have the ability to troubleshoot and accurately diagnose IT-related issues. You have experience with various Hardware and Software.
You bring a proactive, solution-oriented and supportive way of working. You have an open-minded personality, enjoy working in a multicultural environment and perceive a dynamic environment as a challenge and chance to grow.
You bring excellent English and German skills; Other languages, e.g. French or Portuguese are an asset.
