YOUR TEAM
To support our Corporate Development team, we are currently looking for a working student. In your role you get first-hand experience in Corporate Strategy and Strategy Implementation. You will be an integral part of a small, highly collaborative team and work on strategic company-wide initiatives.
Our Corporate Development team is made up of driven, passionate individuals who shape and operationalize the strategic direction of CARIAD. We translate the company strategy into actionable programs, align stakeholders across functions and entities and drive strategic projects to success.

We work at the intersection of strategy, transformation and product portfolio, closely collaborating with CARIADs Leadership and the Executive Board.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support the development, refinement and continuous implementation of CARIAD's corporate strategy
• Drive the introduction of AI tools and develop AI-driven methods in our strategy process
• Contribute to the improvement of data quality and data governance for strategic data and OKRs
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and management events
• Take ownership of your own projects with real company impact

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student in the area of Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• Strong analytical mindset and structured working style
• High motivation to work in strategy and transformation topics
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in both English and German is required
• Experience in Data handling and AI implementation would be beneficial

NICE TO KNOW

• Location: Berlin
• Duration: 6 months (with the option to extend up to two years)
• 20 hours/week, up to 35 hours/week during the semester break
• Salary: 17,80€/hour
