A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Working Student within the Switchgear PMO, you will play an active role in supporting strategic and operational task forces while helping to communicate our strategy and transformation priorities across the global Switchgear organization. Working closely with an international team, you will coordinate important initiatives and turn complex topics into clear, engaging, and audience-focused communication.

Your daily work will include both task force coordination and practical communication activities. You will prepare reviews, create content for our SharePoint communication hub and management presentations, and support the organization of global town hall meetings. This position gives you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in transformation, execution, and strategic communication within an international industrial environment.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Coordination, analysis, meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up of selected strategic and operational task forces
  • Preparation of decision-making materials and management presentations based on task force priorities and progress
  • Communication of strategy and transformation priorities across the global Switchgear organization
  • Creation and maintenance of engaging content for SharePoint, presentations, management updates, and internal campaigns
  • Preparation and coordination of global town halls and other communication formats, including storyline development, content preparation, and follow-up

What You Bring

  • Ongoing studies in Business, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in project management, PMO structures, strategy, transformation, and strategic communication
  • Initial practical experience in PMO, consulting, communications, industry, or project environments
  • Strong conceptual skills and ability to translate complex topics into clear, audience-oriented messages
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with SharePoint, content creation, or Power BI as an advantage
  • Structured, reliable, and proactive working style, strong communication skills and creativity, as well as fluency in English; German as an advantage
