A Snapshot of Your Day
Every day is different!

As a working student in this position, you are part of the Global HR BP team, responsible for Transformation of Industry.

This role will require you to have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong interest in HR. Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also essential for this role.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Supporting the global HR Business Partners in all matters of people development, e.g. succession planning
  • Supporting organizational change by managing large amounts of data (in Excel and various IT tools) and collaborating with key stakeholders and business unit interfaces
  • Preparation of management meetings, workshops and creation of presentations
  • Supporting in HR reporting and data analysis
  • Administrative tasks and other special topics (e.g. organizing team events)


What You Bring

  • Current studies in business administration or psychology (or comparable) with focus on Human Resources (HR), preferably in an advanced semester
  • First experience in an HR environment
  • High level of initiative with strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
  • Results-orientation, careful and reliable way of working, open-mindedness, and ability to work in a team
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
