A Snapshot of Your Day
As a working student, the role supports the team in improving process governance and documentation for key service management functions to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency. The position focuses on supporting service transition frameworks, documenting ITSM processes, and coordinating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a student of IT or Business Administration with basic ITSM/ITIL knowledge, strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and good English communication skills.
How You'll Make an Impact

  • Support the definition and continuous improvement of the Demand Intake Process
  • Maintain and update operational and process documentation, including manuals, process descriptions, and transition documents
  • Document and support core ITSM processes such as Incident Management, Change Enablement, and Service Request Management
  • Assist in creating and maintaining the Service Transition Concept, including roles, responsibilities, and the RACI matrix
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on process-related topics in a multi-vendor environment
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and process guidelines using MS Office and support effective cross-team communication


What You Bring

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; no prior professional experience required
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), including ITIL, Demand Management, and process documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a basic understanding of AI tools
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
  • Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
