As a Working Student in Commercial Project Excellence (CPE), you will support the definition of scalable CPE standards by aligning them with Business Area (BA) realities and ensuring their applicability across Siemens Energy. Your focus will be on high‑impact, SE‑wide commercial and CPM initiatives, not on local operational execution.
How You'll Make an Impact

  • Support in the definition of scalable CPE standards
  • Structured Business Area (BA) alignment and reality check
  • Cross‑Business Area (BA) process comparison and gap synthesis
  • Interface to the CPE operating model and related initiatives


What You Bring

  • Enrollment in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field of study
  • Strong analytical and structuring capabilities
  • Interest in process design, governance, and standardization topics
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Structured and reliable working style with a high level of comfort in ambiguous environments
  • Very good command of English; knowledge of German considered an advantage
