Veeva Platform Team - Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)
The Veeva Platform Team Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of the Veeva Platform Team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and logistics, and ensuring consistent follow-up on actions and communications. The role serves as an operational backbone for the team, reducing administrative burden on leadership and improving execution efficiency. The Veeva Platform Team Administrative Assistant will report to the Veeva Platform and Partnership Lead.
Responsibilities
- Support executive-level leadership and the senior platform team
- Work autonomously within defined administrative responsibilities
- Gain exposure to enterprise initiatives, governance forums, and senior stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Veeva Platform & Partnership, and to Veeva Platform & Partnership team members (support level varies by job grade)
- Manage calendars, meetings, and logistics across multiple time zones
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, and governance sessions
- Prepare, format, and distribute agendas, presentations, and meeting materials
- Capture meeting notes, actions, and follow-ups as required
- Support onboarding activities, access requests, and team coordination
- Share capacity with other eligible colleagues or teams within the European region as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Administrative and organizational excellence
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating stakeholders across teams and regions
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

The minimum annual salary for this position in Austria is EUR 45,600 and will vary according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
