WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a Team Assistant in our Procurement Services team, you will be responsible for all administrative and organizational matters, as well as the proactive organization of processes and workflows.
- You will be responsible for the planning and moderation of meetings, training courses and workshops.
- Your organizational talent is in demand! You will support the team with topics such as travel management, accounting for travel expenses and team events, preparing reports and creating presentations.
- As the contact point between unit management and the Procurement Services team, you are responsible for sharing relevant announcements at team and company level.
- Last but not least, you will drive the further development of knowledge management and find creative solutions to quality problems in the unit.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- completed commercial training or a comparable professional training
- relevant professional experience of several years in a similar position
- proficient in the handling of common MS Office applications, initial experience with SAP is an advantage
- strong organizational skills and the ability to set clear priorities and convince with reliability
- fluent in German and English
