YOUR TEAM

As a Project Manager in test infrastructure team, you will be responsible for overseeing a successful delivering of test infrastructure related to the validation and verification of automotive software systems. Our testinfrastructure is mainly Hardware-in-the-Loop benches but also other kinds of software test infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in coordinatingcross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives aligned with our organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management withinan agile environment and a basic understanding of automotive software testing,particularly in the HIL domain.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of test infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including software developers and test engineers
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
• Regularly report project status, key metrics, and milestones to senior management and stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate project performance and outcomes, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing lessons learned in future HIL initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, advancements, and regulations

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on agile methodologies
• Basic understanding of automotive software testing practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders and team members
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling, tracking, and reporting project progress.
