We are looking for a
Senior Process Excellence Manager (m/f/d)
(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at one of our locations in Baden-Baden, Berlin, Verl, Amsterdam or Münster – flexible working conditions available.

We need someone who has experience in process mining and AI-enabled process transformation and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification — someone who can not only see inefficiencies but systematically eliminate them. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who takes leadership in challenging excellence and shares their knowledge with their team in order to improve inefficiencies long term.

This is not a passive process improvement role. It's a transformation driver position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-rich environment, and wants to make impact at scale.

Your Mission 

• You take the lead in analyzing and reimagining high-impact business and operational processes, uncovering efficiency wins and unlocking the potential of AI and automation 
• You mentor others on structured improvement methods, and help embed excellence into daily operation by training process managers in the use of Lean Six Sigma framework 
• You team up with stakeholders across business, operations, and IT to streamline and standardize processes, driving scalable and future-ready solutions 
• You build resilient processes that run smoothly and smartly, by implementing real-time monitoring, alerting systems, and strong incident & problem management frameworks 
• You spearhead Process Intelligence initiatives — from discovery to modeling to rollout, always focused on delivering measurable impact and clear ROI 

Your Skills & Experience 

• You are a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a strong track record of leading complex projects and delivering cost and time savings 
• You have several years of process and / or operations excellence experience in an international environment 
• You have a strong understanding of AI and automation capabilities in operations (Discovery and Business requirement definition in order to identify, frame, and scope high-value transformation efficiency opportunities) 
• You are skilled in stakeholder facilitation, storytelling with data, and value-based prioritization 
• You have a track record working at the interface of operations, IT, and data science 
• You are fluent in English (written & spoken). Proficiency in German is highly preferred. 

Plus if You Bring: 

• Advanced hands-on expertise in process mining tools (e.g. Celonis, Signavio) 
• Experience leading global or cross-market transformation initiatives
