- Build, enhance and maintain Endur software components for RWEST's trading and risk platform using Java and C#
- Translate business needs into working solutions through hands - on analysis, direct stakeholder contact and pragmatic delivery planning
- Ship high - quality, well - tested code in an agile squad, continuously improving performance, stability and developer tooling
- Co - create solutions across risk management and energy trading workflows to improve usability and outcomes
- Collaborate with seasoned Endur engineers and business engineers, sharing knowledge and bringing fresh perspectives to the team
- Take ownership of features from design to production with clear communication and predictable delivery
Job requirements and experience
- Experience in object-oriented engineering in Java and/or C#
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non - technical stakeholders
- Experience working in risk management and a strong interest in energy trading
- Thrive in an agile, collaborative environment and build trust quickly across business and engineering
- Willingness to take ownership under time pressure to deliver measurable outcomes together
Advantageous, but not essential
- Hands - on programming experience in Endur
- Understanding of energy/commodities trading and risk concepts (trade lifecycle, valuation/P&L, VaR, exposures), ideally gained in ETRM/CTRM or risk technology
