OT Service Manager (f/m/d)

Your tasks

• You oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the OT ISP infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and network performance for our regional network.
• You ensure compliance with network protocols, standards and security guidelines
• You analyze and resolve technical faults
• You communicate and cooperate with our stakeholders, to make complex technical issues understandable to them
• You create and manage the budget, planning and optimization of our internet service resources and performance
• You consider the regulatory and legal requirements for the provision of internet services
• You act as a service owner to I&C, Operations and Construction and align service quality and report status
• You will define the portfolio of connectivity solutions from the point of view of internet lines for each of the use cases of our sites, taking into account parameters of high availability, bandwidth, latency, etc., depending on the requirements of each use case. You will ensure that the different stakeholders know and understand the portfolio of connectivity solutions.
• You will monitor line performance and utilisation, implement measures to optimise performance and proactively identify and address potential issues. You will request any necessary adjustments to the line to ensure it meets the site's requirements.
• You will be responsible for defining the support service with the provider of the lines, depending on each site's SLA.

Your profile

• You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or a related field
• You have at least 7 years experience in managing internet service providers, network operations or telecommunications
• You have at least 3 years experience in Operational Technology
• You have proven experience with Product Ownership in context of the agile Framework
• You have proven proven experience with service ownership in context of ITIL
• You have profound knowledge of network protocols, standards and security
• You are proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
• You have experience in budgeting, planning and optimizing resources and performance
• You are familiar with the regulatory and legal requirements for the provision of internet services
