IT Business Partner (f/m/d) Compression & Sustainable Energy

You'll spearhead digital transformation efforts to enhance efficiency and profitability within our Industry Transformation unit. Working closely with global teams, you'll serve as a trusted IT Business partner, offering consulting services, ensuring project excellence, process harmonization, and strategic leadership. The global Information Technology (IT) unit at Siemens Energy is dedicated to delivering a high-performance, cost-efficient information and telecommunications infrastructure aligned with business needs. We prioritize data availability and are integral to Siemens Energy's Digitalization initiative.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Cultivating relationships with Compression (CP) and Sustainable Energy Systems (SES) service units, providing expert IT guidance on technology utilization in value streams and business operations
• Shaping IT strategy and budget alignment with business needs and IT governance, ensuring coherence across impacted value centers
• Spearheading digitalization integration within CP and SES service units, overseeing implementation and adoption
• Supporting strategic demand planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Serving as the primary advisor on all IT matters for assigned business areas, initiating necessary actions
• Utilizing business acumen to drive informed IT decisions that enhance business performance
• Leading business-specific projects in collaboration with partners and IT teams, overseeing projects from inception to completion

What You Bring

• University Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Extensive experience in IT Business Partnering and Consulting within dynamic global environments, demonstrating your ability to thrive in diverse organizational settings
• Proficient in widely used applications like SAP, PLM products, and Salesforce, with a keen eye for emerging disruptive technologies that drive innovation
• Familiarity with the Compression industry would be advantageous
• Embrace the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across time zones, enriching your professional network and global perspective
• Exceptional English language skills are a must (German is a plus)
