Head of System Analysis - E³ 1.2 Delivery Unit (m/f/d)

YOUR TEAM

We define ourself as DELIVERY UNIT by having a strong E2E responsibility along the development cycle and exclusive team members for portfoliomanagement, architecture and integration. With our focus on integration and testing management we define the processes and standards for testing & integration to establish a holistic test concept including uniform error and test reporting to ensure cluster/system integration. We have a distinctive product orientation and clear interfaces to our customers inside CARIAD and the Volkswagen Group brands. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Disciplinary leadership of the system analysis team
• Setting up and shaping our newly designed steering model
• Supervising the design and implementation of holistic system analysis in E/E-systems to strengthen our product development
• Driving the team rampup by strong technical leadership
• Design, prove and implement automatisation standards in fields of testing and analysis

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree in engineering, natural sciences, IT or mathematics with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Ability for leading interdisciplinar & international teams in a highly challenging project environement
• Deep understanding of functional chains in modern automotive E/E-systems
• Profound nowledge of software integration, testing and automatisation
• You know how to harmonize different requirements in a successful way across corporate units and also in international contexts
• You are a passionated and result driven tech lover
• Very good communication skills, networked and comprehensive thinking as well as creative and structured working methods
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German
