You lead the development of Wind Power's finance data landscape and ensure our financial community has reliable, governed, and accessible data at their fingertips. Your day includes steering the roadmap for Atom-our core finance data platform-supporting your team through stand‑ups and working sessions, and collaborating closely with finance and digital stakeholders. You balance strategic direction with hands‑on leadership, ensuring delivery excellence while fostering an agile, supportive, and learning‑driven team culture.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Further develop Atom, Wind Power's finance data platform-converging, harmonizing, and governing financial datasets
- Oversee the intake, triage, and prioritization of enhancement requests and manage core backend resources (Azure environment, Git, and Azure DevOps) to ensure stability and operational readiness
- Provide technical and architectural direction so all components fit together coherently across the system landscape
- Translate business needs into scalable, resilient, and well‑defined features; lead DevOps planning, refinement, and delivery execution
- Develop, mentor, and empower your team-building skills, enabling growth, and promoting a high‑performing, agile working culture
- Drive clear cross‑functional collaboration by communicating technical topics in simple, business‑friendly language and influencing stakeholders effectively
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; an advanced degree in Data, Machine Learning, or AI is an advantage
- Experience with full‑stack C# .NET development, ASP.NET Core applications, SQL, and database design
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience guiding technical teams in an agile environment
- Hands‑on experience with Git platforms (GitHub, Azure Repos, TFS) and DevOps environments
- Demonstrated experience in data disciplines, such as data modeling, data cleaning, or operational data management-and ideally exposure to finance processes or KPIs
- Valuable plus: experience implementing agentic AI solutions, building AI models, or contributing to UI/UX design or oversight
