As Head of Cybersecurity Training & Awareness, you will lead the development and execution of innovative training, awareness, and engagement programs that strengthen Siemens Energy's cybersecurity culture. You will manage a team dedicated to building employee capabilities, driving engagement, and supporting the organization's transformation towards a resilient security posture.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Design, develop, and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs for all Siemens Energy employees, including role-based and executive-level initiatives
  • Lead the planning and execution of cyber drills and technical exercises (e.g. incident response, disaster recovery) across the organization
  • Curate and manage the central learning space and training catalogue (SABA workspace), ensuring relevant and up-to-date content
  • Develop targeted learning strategies and awareness programs for key stakeholders
  • Evaluate cybersecurity maturity and measure the effectiveness of training and awareness activities, driving continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to amplify engagement and support Siemens Energy's transformation towards a cybersecurity culture

What You Bring

  • A university degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering cybersecurity training and awareness programs at scale
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a global environmentas well as strong understanding of cyber drills and technical exercises
  • Experience with learning management systems and digital training platforms (e.g. SABA)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills and ability to drive engagement and foster a culture of security across diverse audiences. Fluency in English and German.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and reporting training effectiveness
