Executive Assistant (f/m/d)- Corporate Strategy
A Snapshot of Your Day
You plan, oversee and actively manage the VP's agenda, including a high volume of strategically relevant appointments. You ensure calendar and travel coordination run seamlessly and in line with priorities. Your performance is directly linked to the effectiveness of the Executive, and you contribute to a collaborative working atmosphere that values trust, teamwork, and excellence. In addition, you own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact offsites and Executive Board-level events - from venue selection and vendor management to on the ground logistics.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Own and manage a complex and dynamic calendar; structure daily schedules and provide comprehensive administrative support
- Coordinate complex travel logistics end‑to‑end, including transportation, accommodation, and detailed agendas
- Purchase, track, and report expenses in full compliance with internal travel and expense guidelines
- Independently and reliably execute a wide range of organizational and administrative tasks
- Plan, organize, and execute high‑impact workshops and events, up to Board level (incl. venue selection, vendor management, etc.)
What You Bring
- Experience as an Executive Assistant at senior management level, ideally in a fast-paced setting with daily disruptions
- Strong service orientation with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Copilot, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating in hybrid and remote settings
- Fluency in written and spoken English; intercultural experience in a global environment is preferred
