WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a Data Protection Support Specialist, you play a key role in providing end‑to‑end operational support for our data protection program, with a strong focus on DPA/TIA orchestration and the setup and coordination of the AP data protection organization.

 

  • In this role, you support the end-to-end DPA and TIA lifecycle by ensuring high-quality procurement intakes, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining transparency, and escalating risks or delays with structured evidence.
  • You ensure the review, completion, and quality assurance of DPA templates, align timelines across contributors, consolidate comments, track status updates, and oversee the correct audit-ready upload of all signed DPAs and TIAs on OneTrust.
  • Furthermore, you coordinate TIAs for international data transfers by organizing supplier questionnaires, documenting supplementary measures, and keeping all interdependent DPA and TIA activities synchronized.
  • Additionally, you provide first-lever user and technical support for OneTrust, lead RoPA data collection and validation across AP legal entities, manage the initiation and review of DPIAs and LIAs, and ensure timely and accurate assessment of completion.
  • Finally, you deliver training and best‑practice guidance for OneTrust users and support Advanced Asset Discovery Assessments by advising Asset Owners, ensuring complete and accurate questionnaires, and closing assessments with proper documentation.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • Master’s degree, ideally in law
  • proven experience in data privacy, with a strong understanding of controller/processor roles, technical and organizational measures, and records of processing
  • excellent contract review and stakeholder management skills; fluent English (German is a plus)
  • highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • experience with OneTrust or similar privacy tools; proactive, curious mindset and strong team orientation in a global environment

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 48.000 - 52.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience - In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success 
  • 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options
