Customer Engineering Strategy and Operations Lead, EMEA (Fixed-Term Contract)

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in improving processes, tools and systems.
- Proficiency in SQL, Looker and Sheets.
- Ability to demonstrate a record of high productivity, meeting deadlines, and to take responsibility.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the leader of North Customer Engineering and their leadership team to develop organization strategy including organization design, growth, and business plans, become an integral part of the leadership team as a trusted advisor.
- Establish and shape the way the region works through operational cadence, content of reviews, improvement initiatives, and defining key metrics, insights, and reporting.
- Drive the business forward by developing and executing initiatives to accelerate growth and scale.
- Run the daily business for the North Customer Engineering organization, owning key processes like business reviews, headcount management, and resource planning.
- Drive and deliver the annual Customer Engineering planning process for the region in partnership with Central Strategy and Operations, Finance, and Compensation teams. Foster collaboration and best-practice sharing within the region and cross-functionally.
