iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job
As Biotechnology Researcher VIE within our Large Molecule Research team, you'll designs large biological molecules such as antibodies and Nanobody® based molecules as drug candidates. The team uses advanced technologies like robotics, high-throughput screening and artificial intelligence to accelerate the development of new therapeutics for patients. The position is located in the upstream cell culture lab.

Main responsibilities:
- Research, propose and implement next-generation technologies to increase efficiency of protein production.
- Ensure documentation of laboratory experiments in a timely manner.
- Analyse and summarize experimental outcomes, record experimental procedures.
- Optimization of production of complex multispecific proteins by transient expression in HEK 293 (Human Embryonic Kidney) and CHO (Chinese Hamster Ovary) cells.
About you
Experience:
- Knowledge and preferably hands-on experience in cultivation of different cell lines.
Soft and technical skills:
- Good communication skills, willingness to learn, open minded.
- Ability to work in a structured way, manage priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Animal cell culture technology skills.
- Protein expression with mammalian cells.
- Lab automation.
Education:
- Master's Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry or similar field.
Languages:
- Advanced English knowledge, German skills would be appreciated.
