About the team

Within the COO Division Technology Engineering & Architecture (TEA) is responsible for accelerating the delivery of a companywide simplified and future-proof target architecture and application harmonization. Furthermore EDM, EPM and the DWS cloud journey will be enabled by TEA.

As a Senior Team Manager Technology (m/f/d) / Architecture Transformation Lead (m/f/d) you will:

• Play a pivotal and entrepreneurial role in driving the enterprise-wide architecture transformation

• This begins with – outcome-driven – determining the key areas for architectural transformation in collaboration with various architects, delivery teams, leads, and business stakeholders

• Own and lead cross-domain architecture initiatives end-to-end with a focus on outcome and managing overarching dependencies

• Work closely with senior leaders from both business and IT

• Simplify, modernize, and future-proof complex IT landscapes by also trigger business and process simplifications

• Focus on the current and future needs of the financial services and asset management sector

We are looking for 

• Extensive experience in IT Architecture on enterprise level ideally within the financial services or asset management industry

• Proven ability to simplify, modernize and digitize grown IT landscapes and drive Architecture transformations

• Comprehensive knowledge of modern IT technologies

• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop sustainable and achievable innovative solutions and get things done

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with business and IT stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills, both in active listening and conveying messages to a wide range of stakeholder groups

• Team player with experience working in cross-functional and international environments

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
