After Sales Commercial Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Maintain tender trackers, LOA compliance documentation and key bid-related records
  • Prepare inputs and decision materials for strategic project reviews and stakeholder alignment
  • Create and track early risk/issue logs to support smooth tender and negotiation processes
  • Develop pricing comparisons, competitive analyses and win-loss summaries
  • Support negotiations with materials, meeting documentation and post-deal analysis updates
  • Contribute to key account planning, data maintenance, dashboards and retention reporting
  • Coordinate with regional teams and product management on data preparation, target rollouts and readiness activities

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Operations, After Sales, Services, analytics or project coordination (internships count)
  • Solid skills in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), basic ERP (e.g., SAP), advanced Excel, Power BI and MS Teams/SharePoint
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, structured communication and coordination ability
  • Curious mindset with learning agility and a reliable, organized way of working
  • Fluent English as well as business fluent German skills; additional languages are a plus
