Postdoc (f/m/x) in Computational Mehods for Partial Differential Equations
(Vollzeit)
Your Tasks
The successful candidate will work on space-time discretization methods for nonlinear evolution problems governed by partial differential, integro-differential, and differential-algebraic equations. A strong background in numerical analysis, finite element methods, and the simulation of PDEs is expected. Your Profile
- PhD in applied mathematics or similar.
- Strong background in the numerical solution of nonlinear systems arising in continuum mechanics, electromagnetics, and related applications.
- Expertise in the development and analysis of finite element methods, error estimation, numerical methods for nonlinear systems, optimization algorithms.
- English skills are required.
