iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Junior Quality Specialist VIE within our Quality Assurance team, that is part of the quality multi country organization Germany Switzerland and Austria (GSA), you'll take over responsibilities of projects and core processes and will contribute to some in larger teams hosted by QA or another local or regional GxP team.

Working as an integrated part of the QA team, you will also be responsible for the Quality Management System for the Commercial Organization of Sanofi in Austria/Switzerland.

Some Core processes are: Document Management System, Deviation and Corrective and Preventive Action, Change Control Requests, Third Party Management, Computerized Systems in GxP area, support of the training and quality input to projects.

Main responsibilities:

  • Be part of the local (AT/GSA) project team to implement the remaining modules of QualiPSO into the local QMS.
  • Be an interface/contact to other departments (Business units and other GxP functions such as regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, or supply chain).
  • Document management system activities (Managing local Quality Documents and training) including simplification activities.
  • Support the local product compliance checks.
  • Supporting the handling of product technical complaints.
  • Manage third parties - f.e. contract management with internal and external manufacturers, suppliers and service providers.
  • Manage documentation and follow-up of deviations, risks and CAPA.
  • Support the computerized systems implementation including change control management.
  • Support the processing and management of product quality reviews on local level.

About you

Experience:

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical area and/or quality would be an advantage.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office package.
  • Advanced project management skills.

Education:

  • Master's degree in pharmacy or other life science or scientific field (e.g. Biology, Medicine, Chemistry etc.).

Languages:

  • Advanced English and German skills (minimum B2 level).
