Working Student (f/m/d) Service Product Lifecycle Management

A Snapshot of Your Day
As a working student at the Product Lifecycle Management department of Grid Technologies Service, you will support a broad range of activities across product development, application support and administration, marketing and rollout. Your daily work may include supporting the product development process and quality gate preparations, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and contributing to market and innovation research related to grid technologies.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Support the Product Owner and R&D Project Manager in preparing for and successfully passing quality gates
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project alignment and adherence to defined processes
• Assist the Product Owner in defining, creating, and maintaining marketing and rollout materials
• Conduct application user management, including access management and user support, while responding to user questions and feedback
• Create, edit, and maintain internal training materials, including engaging training videos

What You Bring

• Current studies in business informatics, industrial engineering with a focus on electrical engineering, or a similar subject area
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum, is ideal
• Experience in product management or product development
• Independent and structured way of working, flexibility, motivation to take on new challenges
• Fluent in English, with ideally German language skills
