We are seeking for "Working student in Organizational Change Management (OCM) (f/m/d)" to join our internal and dynamic S4E-OCM Program team. S4E is one of the major Business- & IT Transformation Programs within Global Siemens Energy (SE).
How You'll Make an Impact
- Support in communication and change activities
- Assistance with analysis and documentation of change impacts
- Assistance within change agent network
- Support for development and maintenance of onboarding material as well as OCM SharePoint/Intranet page
What You Bring
- Enrollment as a student in the third semester or higher in business administration, communication, or a related field, with availability for support of 15-20 hours per week
- Initial practical experience with agile project methodology and change management
- Solution orientation, people orientation, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in international teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of SAP S4HANA as an advantage
- Fluency in English as a requirement; proficiency in German as desirable but not mandatory
