A Snapshot of your Day
As a Working Student in the Drivetrain & Mechanicals for O&M team at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, you will support the Global Commodity (GCM) Mechanical team on various operational and strategic tasks. Your role will involve assisting with procurement-related projects, supporting the analysis and maintenance of offers and contracts, and contributing to day-to-day operations in service procurement. A passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading change are essential.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Support Operations Management in daily tasks and assist the on-site team with technical tasks
- Maintain reports and prepare slide decks for meetings
- Organize project documentation, operational records, and team files
- Participate in supplier management processes, including onboarding and evaluation
- Assist in managing order processes for materials and help with team events
- Contribute to the preparation of tenders and negotiations
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German is a plus
- Demonstrated interest in wind power or broader renewables
