How You'll Make an Impact
- Analyze existing Excel-based processes to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities
- Develop, test, and implement scripts to automate recurring data processing and reporting tasks
- Create clear and user-friendly documentation for newly automated processes to ensure understanding and adoption across the team
- Maintain and support existing automated Excel tools, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and necessary updates
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, file organization, and supporting the preparation of reports for internal meetings
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills combined with hands-on experience using data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Snowflake, and BI applications including Power BI and Tableau
- Initial internship or project experience in process automation or data analytics is an advantage, but not required
- Ability to prepare and analyze complex datasets and translate them into clear insights and visualizations for stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively in an international environment
