Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or technical project management.
- Experience in data center program management.
- Experience in project conceptualization, campus planning and design, stakeholder management, and value engineering to ensure optimal project value.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in schedule control, reporting, developing strategy, and facilitating the work of an interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to develop detailed project plans ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time domestically and internationally.
- Ability to communicate fluently with local stakeholders in spoken and written German.
- Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will provide project management for data center campus plans, utility, and site/civil projects at multiple scales. Responsibilities
- Oversee project-specific early stage program management in line with established project guardrails.
- Manage architects, engineers, project controls, vendors, and contractors.
- Assist the energy and location strategy team with technical constructability reviews and establish project guardrail metrics to develop project capacity, resource, schedule, and cost plans.
- Provide technical and planning inputs for configuration decisions on all sites. Be accountable for project campus planning.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the principal data center delivery team, managing supply and scenario planning while leading the process for securing funding and stage-gate approvals.
