We provide vital support to airlines and maintenance organizations by turning our detailed engineering data into accessible customer documentation.

This is a hands-on, autonomous working environment where you'll directly impact customer satisfaction by supporting the Airline/MROs with their requests.

About Us

Join our dynamic team in Hamburg! As an operational unit within Technical Data in Customer Services, our core mission is to create and maintain the comprehensive technical data manuals and illustrations for German-managed parts. We pride ourselves on delivering complete documentation for new aircraft and ensuring it is meticulously maintained throughout its entire life cycle.

This role focuses on three key manuals:

  • Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC),
  • Structural Repair Manual Identification (SRM Ident.),
  • and Illustrated Parts List (IPL) for the Component Maintenance Manual (CMMm).



Your Location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your workplace is located in Rüschpark, not far from the plant in Finkenwerder. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your Impact

  • Drive the creation and management of CMMm (Component Maintenance Manual Manufacturer) content, ensuring accuracy and high standards.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors , overseeing work orders and performing quality checks to guarantee delivery integrity.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers and subcontractors, serving as a trusted partner and expert in technical data.
  • Provide expert answers to technical queries from our customers (Airlines, MROs), acting as the go-to person for all technical data issues.
  • Support continuous improvement by participating in projects that shape the future of technical data management.



Compensation level: If you fullfill all requirements you can expect a yearly gross salary between 77.000€ and 85.000€.

Your Boarding Pass

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience that showcases your deep understanding of the industry
  • Experience: Proven background in Configuration Management and a strong understanding of aircraft components (cabin/systems).
  • Expertise : profound experience in CMMm ( Component Maintenance Manual Manufacturer ) are a kex enabler to be successful in this position
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret maintenance tasks and a solid understanding of the Technical Data Process.
  • Tools: Proficiency in EDPS, Sigma-link + Airina and SAP
  • Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously.
  • Mindset: Collaborative, customer-oriented approach with a "can-do" attitude, a keen eye for details and a passion for teamwork.
  • Languages: Negotiation-level English and advanced-level German are essential
