Solution Architect, gTech Ads, Large Customer Sales (German, English)

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Experience in online advertising technology, online measurement, Search, data integration and cloud technologies.
- Experience with digital marketing trends and business issues related to Search Ads or Search Ads 360.
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support stakeholders in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with digital marketing trends and business issues related to Search Ads or Search Ads 360.
- Experience in building proof of concepts using web/scripting technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) and SQL databases.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent relationship building, relationship management, stakeholder management and collaborating skills.

As a Solutions Architect (SA), you will create an excellent experience for Google’s Ads clients by being accountable for gTech service delivery,enabling sales objectives and own business goal attainment for particular your product area. You will serve as an unified service partner who designs and delivers gTech Ads solution and services across the whole Large Customer Sales (LCS) portfolio.Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech’s role is to help bring them to life. Responsibilities
- Advise Google’s Ads clients by understanding how Search, SA360 and bidding solutions can address their business issues, by acting as a collaborative and thought partner, architecting solutions and services plans to accomplish their goals, and effectively delivering on, technical, global projects.
- Discover customer needs by understanding clients annual and quarterly issues/goals in collaboration with sales, assessing and prioritizing where gTech Ads can add value and drive uplift, and securing executive client buy-in.
- Participate in ideation and design of a joint services plan by aligning solutions to client focus areas. Unlock new opportunities for growth by scoping projects.
- Deliver services and solutions working closely with other specialists and gTech Ads delivery teams in the region and the hub.
- Conduct regular debriefs with clients and Sales Teams, gathering insights on clients business objectives.
