A Snapshot of Your Day
You start your day by reviewing the project portfolio: Which digitization initiatives require prioritization today? You analyze KPI dashboards, assess risks, and prepare decision-making materials for the next SteerCo meeting. At noon, you coordinate with the change management team on communication and adoption strategies for an upcoming rollout.
