Your day begins with a collaborative team meeting, where you'll work together to define the offer strategy for your next exciting project. You'll analyze the technical requirements from a customer's perspective, ensuring their business case is at the heart of every decision. You'll collaborate with experts across engineering, R&D, and procurement to create competitive bids that address customer needs while embracing sustainability and innovation. In the afternoon, you'll interact with sub-suppliers to evaluate components like electrical and control systems, preparing for a key meeting with an international client.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop tailored technical offers for industrial steam turbine solutions, including generators, control systems, instrumentation, and other electrical components
- Analyze and evaluate customer business cases and specifications to design innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions
- Collaborate with a global network of experts spanning sales, bid management, R&D, engineering, and procurement to ensure optimal technical and cost outcomes
- Work closely with customers from diverse industries - pulp and paper, data centers, small modular reactors (SMR), compressed air energy storage, FLNG, FPSO, and more-to deliver state-of-the-art solutions that meet their unique needs
- Present and explain your proposed solutions to both national and international customers, showcasing how your expertise will help them achieve their goals while reducing their environmental impact
What You Bring
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable field
- Significant professional experience in electrical engineering, power plant technology, and/or automation
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and a collaborative mindset, paired with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning and innovation
- A willingness to travel (nationally and internationally) to support customers and projects
- Fluency in both German and English is essential
