You act as a catalyst for change and innovation within a global, cross-functional environment, playing a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance performance, capabilities, collaboration, and processes across supplier quality and strategic procurement. Your responsibilities include leading and participating in the development and implementation of key projects aimed at strengthening operational excellence, fostering knowledge sharing, and advancing digitalization across the supply chain. By embedding modern methodologies and technologies, you ensure continuous improvement and sustainable impact across various business areas. In addition, you lead, mentor, and collaborate with global teams, promoting a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous development.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Translation of hands-on SAP and Data Analytics expertise into actionable insights for business area stakeholders.
- Development and management of innovative strategic programs and projects to enhance performance, capabilities,
- and cross-functional collaboration within Strategic Procurement.
- Application of problem-solving methodologies and data analytics for issue and opportunity identification, risk
- mitigation, and initiation of measures addressing specific and systemic business requirements.
- Proven professional experience in SAP and Data Analytics as well as leadership of project teams within IT and
- digitalization projects, including task allocation, progress tracking, and reporting of project achievements across
- multiple organizational levels.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in Procurement, SAP, Data Analytics, and international IT/Digitalization
- projects, including change management and cross-functional project leadership
- Professional expertise in SAP, Data Analytics, and the application of analytical and problem-solving methodologies
- Proactive, self-driven, and ownership-oriented mindset combined with strong strategic thinking, leadership
- competence, and intercultural expertise
- Effective communication of facts, insights, and results across multiple organizational levels as well as the ability to
- constructively challenge established processes
- High proficiency in written and spoken English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%,
- including possession of or eligibility to obtain a valid passport
