How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and manage offers for Control & Protection systems in HVDC transmission projects, overseeing cost, time, resources, and quality.
- Drive customer success by delivering innovative solutions to global energy challenges.
- Guide a diverse and dynamic project team through complex technical and commercial landscapes.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, partners, and customers-including change requests and claims.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by aligning expectations and delivering compelling offers.
What You Bring
- A university master's degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience, including proven project management expertise.
- Strong technical knowledge in converter technology, high-voltage systems, and control & protection-HVDC experience is a plus.
- Recognised project management certifications (e.g. PM@Siemens, PMI, IPMA).
- A structured and communicative personality with a drive for efficient, win-win outcomes, az well as initiative to identify cost-saving opportunities and prepare competitive offers.
- Intercultural experience and willingness to travel (approx. 20%); Fluency in English (spoken and written); German language skills are a plus
